Access Methods

Method 1: WhatsApp Schedule Message

  1. Go to WhatsApp → Schedule Message
  2. Manually paste phone numbers in complete format
  3. Configure message and timing settings
  1. Go to Active Leads
  2. Select multiple leads using checkboxes
  3. Click “Schedule WhatsApp” button
  4. Phone numbers automatically populated from selected leads

Recommended Method: Using Active Leads automatically populates phone numbers and ensures you’re messaging verified contacts from your CRM.


Scheduling Types

One Time Messages

One-time message scheduling with immediate or delayed sending.

When to Use: Single announcements, promotions, or immediate notifications

Options:

  • Now: Send immediately with delays between contacts
  • Later: Schedule for specific time with sending window
