Access Methods
Method 1: WhatsApp Schedule Message
- Go to WhatsApp → Schedule Message
- Manually paste phone numbers in complete format
- Configure message and timing settings
Method 2: From Active Leads (Recommended)
- Go to Active Leads
- Select multiple leads using checkboxes
- Click “Schedule WhatsApp” button
- Phone numbers automatically populated from selected leads

Scheduling Types
One Time Messages
One-time message scheduling with immediate or delayed sending.
When to Use: Single announcements, promotions, or immediate notifications
Options:
- Now: Send immediately with delays between contacts
- Later: Schedule for specific time with sending window
Settings:
