What’s the difference between Active Leads and Lead Bank?

Recommendation: Import to Lead Bank for better control, then assign leads when ready.

WhatsApp Requirements

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Regular WhatsApp works fine, but WhatsApp Business is recommended for:

Connection Issues

Why does my WhatsApp keep disconnecting?

WhatsApp automatically logs out devices periodically for security. This is normal behavior similar to WhatsApp Web.

How many messages can I send per day safely?

Multiple Accounts

Can I use multiple WhatsApp accounts?

Each team member connects their own WhatsApp account. You cannot connect multiple accounts to one workspace, but different team members can use different WhatsApp numbers.

Setup:

• Each member: WhatsApp → Account → Connect their own number
• Workspace owner: Completes initial integration setup
• Privacy: No access to personal WhatsApp accounts

Raion Hub doesn’t interfere with your existing WhatsApp chats.

You can still:
