Setup Process

Step 1: Access Meta Integration

Connect Your Social Media dashboard showing available platforms.

Navigate to Integration

  1. Go to Social Integration in the sidebar
  2. Click the Meta card
  3. Review connection setup options

Step 2: Grant Facebook Permissions

Choose between Setup (first-time connection) or Manage (existing connections).

First-Time Connection:

Start Setup Process

Click “Setup” button to begin Meta integration

Facebook Login

Login to your Facebook account when prompted

Grant Permissions

Allow all permission access when Facebook requests authorization

Wait for Completion

Allow the connection process to complete fully

Step 3: Access Management Interface

Post-Setup Configuration:

Complete Initial Setup

Wait for the setup completion confirmation

Access Management

  1. Click “Manage” button after setup completion
  2. If connection doesn’t appear immediately, wait 1 minute and refresh
  3. Click “Manage” again to access configuration options

Connection Timing: Facebook integrations may take 1-2 minutes to fully activate. Refresh the page if management options don’t appear immediately.

Step 4: Configure Lead Form Integration

Map Facebook Lead Ad form fields to Raion Hub fields.

Form Selection Process:

Choose Facebook Page

Select the business page containing your lead ads from the dropdown

Select Lead Ad Form

Pick the specific lead ad form you want to connect

Verify Form Details

Review form information to ensure correct selection

Form Requirements:

  • Form must be published and active
  • Must have recent submissions (for field detection)
  • Should contain standard lead fields (name, email, phone)

Final Configuration:

Review All Settings

Verify page, form, field mappings, and lead source are correct

Save Integration

Click “Save Integration” to activate the connection

Test Connection

Submit a test lead through your Facebook form to verify integration
