Requirements
Before starting, ensure you have:

| Account Type | Regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business (Business recommended) |
WhatsApp Business Recommended: While regular WhatsApp works, WhatsApp Business provides professional features like business hours, automated messages, and better customer management tools.
Step-by-Step Connection Process
Step 1: Access WhatsApp Integration

Navigate to Integration
- Go to WhatsApp in the sidebar
- Click “Account” to access Account Manager
- You’ll see the WhatsApp connection interface
Wait for QR Code
- Allow time for QR Code to load (may take 30-60 seconds)
- QR Code appears in the center of the screen
- Note the 20-second countdown in the top-right corner
Step 2: Mobile Phone Setup
Android Steps
Android WhatsApp:
Open WhatsApp
Launch WhatsApp on your Android device
Access Settings
Tap the three dots (Menu) → Settings
Find Linked Devices
Select “Linked Devices” from the settings menu
Start Linking
Tap “Link a Device” button
Step 3: Device Synchronization
Critical During Sync:
- Keep both devices online throughout the process
- Do not close WhatsApp mobile app
- Do not close Raion Hub browser tab
- Allow 1-2 minutes for complete synchronization
What Happens During Sync:
- Devices establish secure connection
- WhatsApp syncs recent conversation data
- Raion Hub receives connection confirmation
- Account status updates to “Connected”
Phone Display Options:
- Device login name prompt, or
- “Device has been linked” confirmation
Connection Verification

Check Connection Status
Look for “Connected” status in the Account Manager
Verify on Mobile
Check that Raion Hub appears in your phone’s Linked Devices list
Test Basic Functionality
Send a test message to verify sync is working
Troubleshooting Guide
QR Code Issues
QR Code Not Loading/Expired:

| QR Code expired | Click “Refresh QR Code” button |
| QR Code unclear | Ensure good lighting when scanning |
| Code keeps expiring | Check internet connection stability |
Managing Your Connection
Security & Session Management
Automatic Logouts:
- WhatsApp periodically logs out linked devices for security
- This is normal behavior (similar to WhatsApp Web)
- You’ll receive email notifications when disconnection occurs
- Simply reconnect using the same QR code process
Device Management:
- View all linked devices in WhatsApp mobile settings
- Unlink devices anytime from your phone
- Raion Hub shows disconnection status immediately
- Re-linking requires repeating the QR code process
