Build a collaborative lead management environment by inviting team members with appropriate access levels. Control what each member can see and do within your workspace while maintaining data security and workflow efficiency.

Before inviting team members, ensure you have:

Invitation Process
Step 1: Access Member Management

Navigate to Members Section
Go to the Members section in your sidebar
Start Invitation Process
Click the “Add Member” button to open invitation form

Email Setup
Email Address Configuration:
Email Entry:
- Type the email address in the input field
- Press Enter/Return to confirm the email
- System validates email format automatically
- Add multiple emails one by one for bulk invitations
Email Requirements:
- Valid email address format required
- Must be accessible by the team member
- Corporate or professional email addresses recommended
- Personal emails accepted for small teams
Best Practices:
- Use business email addresses when possible
- Verify email addresses before sending invitations
- Consider email security policies in your organization
- Maintain updated contact information for team members

Verify email address, role assignment, and custom message

Click “Send Invitation” to email the invitation to your team member

For Workspace Admin:
- Refresh Page: Refresh your Members page to see updated status
- Verify Access: Confirm member appears with “Approved” status
- Check Permissions: Ensure member has appropriate access level
- Provide Training: Share relevant documentation or conduct orientation

Member Information
Member Details Display:
Information Shown:
- Member Name: Full name from account profile
- Email Address: Contact email for communication
- Role Assignment: Current permission level
- Status: Approval status and account activity
- Join Date: When member accepted invitation
- Last Activity: Recent workspace activity
Status Indicators:
- Approved: Member has accepted invitation and has active access
- Pending: Invitation sent but not yet accepted
- Inactive: Member account temporarily disabled
