Collaborate with your team by inviting colleagues to join your Raion Hub workspace with customized roles and permissions.


Overview

Build a collaborative lead management environment by inviting team members with appropriate access levels. Control what each member can see and do within your workspace while maintaining data security and workflow efficiency.

Invitation Process

Step 1: Access Member Management

Navigate to Members Section

Go to the Members section in your sidebar

Start Invitation Process

Click the “Add Member” button to open invitation form

Step 2: Configure Member Details

Email Address Configuration:

Email Entry:

  • Type the email address in the input field
  • Press Enter/Return to confirm the email
  • System validates email format automatically
  • Add multiple emails one by one for bulk invitations

Email Requirements:

  • Valid email address format required
  • Must be accessible by the team member
  • Corporate or professional email addresses recommended
  • Personal emails accepted for small teams

Step 3: Send Invitation

Send Invitation

Click “Send Invitation” to email the invitation to your team member

Managing Team Members

Member Details Display:

Information Shown:

  • Member Name: Full name from account profile
  • Email Address: Contact email for communication
  • Role Assignment: Current permission level
  • Status: Approval status and account activity
  • Join Date: When member accepted invitation

  • Approved: Member has accepted invitation and has active access
  • Pending: Invitation sent but not yet accepted
